Aledo Athletic Booster Club (QB Club)

You can utilize this process to sign up for an annual family membership in the Aledo QB Club (Aledo Bearcat Football Booster Club)! Membership is open to all. You are not required to have a football player participating in Aledo Bearcat Football to qualify for membership in the Aledo QB Club. Your support of Aledo Bearcat Football is greatly appreciated.

When beginning the registration process, the first name collected should be that of the primary membership holder. There is an additional section for entering a second household member's information as well. If you have an Aledo Bearcat football player or players in your household (7th - 12th grades only), we ask that you please enter their information in the player section. This section is intended only for entry of football player information. We do not need to know information about non-football players in the family. If you have more than 4 current football players (7th - 12th grade), please email us at aledoqbclub@gmail.com.

VOLUNTEER HOURS FOR MEMBERS: It has always been an expectation of Bearcat Football families to join and actively volunteer in support of the Football Booster Club. Through volunteer support, the Aledo QB Club is able to provide crucial support to the Bearcat Football program. Detailed below are some ways that the Aledo QB Club supports Bearcat Football players, trainers, and coaches. It has been increasingly difficult over the last several years to get the number of volunteers that we need to support these activities and fundraisers in order for the QB Club to continue providing the support that the program needs and deserves to continue a winning tradition. Therefore, we are adding membership options of varying levels this year with volunteer hour thresholds tied to each level of membership. The higher the level of membership, the lower the minimum volunteer hours. These volunteer hours will be required to be met in full each year in order for Senior Bearcats to apply for scholarships and other benefits provided to members going forward.

HOW DOES THE ALEDO QB CLUB SUPPORT BEARCAT FOOTBALL?  Equipment purchases (Helmets, Shoulder Pads, Protective Head Gear, Knee Braces, Videography Equipment, Weightroom Equipment, Helmet Reconditioning), Meet the Bearcats Event, Varsity Football Banquet, Senior Scholarships, Post-Game Meals, Game Day Breakfast, Snacks, Gatorade and Special Projects as Determined by the Head Coach and the QB Club Board.
